FAQ

Helpful answers before you begin.

Everything you need to know about VIFEX, practice and readiness.

What is VIFEX?

VIFEX is a computer-based exam readiness platform designed to help students practise under conditions that feel close to the real examination environment.

What does VIFEX mean?

VIFEX stands for Virtual Interaction for Exam Xperience.

Who is VIFEX for?

VIFEX is designed for students preparing for school exams and JAMB-style assessments, as well as schools and CBT centres supporting student readiness.

What exam support is available now?

Current active support centres on school examinations and JAMB / UTME-style practice. WAEC, NECO, NABTEB and GCE are clearly marked as coming soon.

Is VIFEX the official JAMB platform?

No official affiliation is claimed unless there is clear, verified proof. VIFEX is a preparation and CBT-readiness platform, not an official examination body portal.

What is Practice Mode?

Practice Mode helps students build familiarity with the subject and the CBT process through structured question work, timed or untimed sessions and review.

What is the difference between timed and untimed practice?

Timed practice adds exam-like pressure so students can build speed and confidence. Untimed practice focuses on understanding and personal learning pace without the countdown.

How does the UTME-style mock work?

It mirrors the exam flow more closely through subject selection, time awareness, question navigation and performance review.

Can schools use VIFEX?

Yes. Schools can use VIFEX to support preparation, exam familiarisation and performance visibility where features are available.

Can CBT centres use VIFEX?

Yes. Centres can use VIFEX to support realistic preparation sessions and student readiness in a more structured format.

How do I create an account?

Use the public registration flow on the site to create your student account, or contact the VIFEX team for school or centre onboarding.

Can I see my performance?

Where supported by the current implementation, VIFEX tracks completed attempts, accuracy, subject performance and recent history for continued review.

How are questions organised?

Questions are structured around syllabus areas and exam preparation pathways rather than random dumps so the practice feels more intentional.

Will VIFEX support WAEC, NECO or NABTEB?

These are clearly listed as coming soon. The current platform focus remains on available school and JAMB-style preparation pathways.
